CLEAR is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador) to engage travelers, explain CLEAR benefits, and convert interactions into memberships. You will deliver courteous service in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and uphold security standards to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and able to adapt offerings to traveler needs, including flexible shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility.

Job Overview:

As aCLEAR Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador), you will be the face of CLEAR, responsible for driving membership growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Your main focus will be to engage with travelers, explain the benefits of CLEAR’s services, and convert potential customers into loyal members. In this sales & service focused role, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your energy, communication skills, and drive for success will help you consistently exceed sales targets, all while providing a great experience for our members.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Membership Sales:Actively engage with travelers, pitch the benefits of CLEAR, and convert interactions into membership enrollments.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Create positive and memorable experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers by providing top-tier service and addressing any inquiries.
• Security and Safety Adherence:Follow all security protocols, including verifying airline documents, confirming traveler identification, and maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals:Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by consistently enrolling new members through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
• Demonstrate adaptabilityin learning and selling a variety of products and services,with the ability to quickly pivot between offerings based on customer needs and operational priorities.

Role Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.

Ability to frequently lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds and push occupied wheelchairs for extended distances within the airport. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical tasks associated with assisting customers in an airport setting.
