Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working individual to join as a Full-time Service Route Driver at our Woolrich, PA branch. Typical schedule is day-shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, nights, or holidays.

The role emphasizes loading the vehicle, delivering to client locations, stocking machines, and maintaining inventory and refrigeration. Pre-employment drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and AVI team members.

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with products for service locations.
• Drive and transport products to client locations.
• Deliver, load, and unload products as needed.
• Stock shelves in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of cold food in truck and at accounts.
• Oversee merchandise ordering and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise and money from machines.
• Maintain positive customer interactions.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Service Route Driver. This position works day-shift Monday through Friday, no weekends, nights or holidays at our branch in the Woolrich, PA area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
