Position Overview

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and dedicated team member for the role of Service Route Driver, Full-time, $19/hr. This position operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with products for service locations
• Transport products and food to client sites
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as needed
• Stock shelves in vending machines or coolers
• Maintain refrigeration of all cold food products in truck and at accounts
• Oversee merchandise ordering and inventory control
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Handle cash from machines
• Maintain positive communication with customers
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Manage company vehicle care

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and a clean driving record
• Pass DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outgoing personality with product promotion skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently
