Job summary

Pacific Supply in Sparks, NV is seeking an entry-level Service Representative to assist customers with orders and inquiries. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, you will input orders, finalize transactions at the cash register, and share Saturday opening on a rotating basis.

Minimum 6 months in a customer service role is required. Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with order related transactions and inquiries. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
