Job summary

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Service Receptionist to welcome guests and keep the service department running smoothly. You will greet customers, direct them to the right team, answer calls, and help schedule service appointments.

This position offers $18/hour with weekly pay, health and dental insurance, paid vacation days, and opportunities for growth through Lexus training. The dealership is closed Sundays and on most major holidays, supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, and having a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
• Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
• Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
• Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
• Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.

Position: Full-Time Service Receptionist

Schedule: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pay: $18/hour - Paid Weekly
