Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a Residential Repair & Remodeling Technician to perform a variety of home repairs and remodeling tasks across Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Charles, and Calvert counties. Expect a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Bring 10+ years in the trades, a mix of repair and remodeling skills, your own tools, and the ability to work independently while communicating with customers. Training on ServiceTitan will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive trade experience (10+ years).
• Strong communication with customers and self-sufficiency on job sites.
• Tools for daily carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs are required.

Responsibilities

• Repair drywall, install trim, and complete carpentry projects.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Tackle home improvement jobs and discuss options with customers.
• Record job notes and updates in the ServiceTitan app.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and pride in results.

The work:

• Repair drywall, install trim, and complete carpentry projects
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Tackle small repairs and larger home improvement jobs
• Discuss project options and costs with customers
• Record job notes, photos, and updates in our ServiceTitan app
• Keep your work area clean and take pride in the finished result

Bring your experience:

• At least 10 years in the trades; 15+ years preferred
• A solid mix of repair and remodeling skills
• Your own tools for everyday work
• Confidence working on your own and communicating with customers
• Ability to use phone or tablet apps-we'll teach you ServiceTitan
