Job summary

Citi is seeking a Service Process Coordinator to join our Operations team in a fully remote role based in San Antonio, TX. You will link operations staff, relationship managers, and clients to ensure daily processes run smoothly and compliantly across retail banking products.

Responsibilities include coordinating account servicing, resolving client inquiries, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an operations, banking, or financial services support environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce clear documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve complex issues.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to correspond with management and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to review financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and manage escalated issues through to resolution, delivering a consistent and high-quality service experience.
  • Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, and availability metrics, and prepare written and oral updates for business stakeholders to support accurate financial entry approvals.
  • Ensure all account servicing activities comply with applicable financial regulations, including those governing privacy, consumer communications, and deposit account disclosures.
  • Deliver support across a wide range of banking products and services, adapting to shifting priorities and varying client needs.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting ongoing Lean projects within the operations team.
  • Assess risk considerations when handling operational decisions, escalating control issues with transparency and applying sound judgement to protect clients and the firm.
