Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous manner and assist with check-in.
• Check in loaner vehicles using proper procedures and inspect upon return.
• Move cars between service aisle, shop, and parking lot; wash as needed.
• Maintain loaner fleet readiness and ensure vehicles are clean and ready to loan.
• Keep service aisle and service lane clean and organized.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and direct them to check-in area.
