Responsibilities

• Move and park service vehicles as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to service clients.
• Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
• Obtain basic vehicle information for check-in process.
• Retrieve parts and supplies as needed.
• Operate snow removal equipment and wash exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuum interiors and perform janitorial tasks to keep the service area clean.
• Relieve the courtesy Shuttle Driver when needed.
• Coordinate with vehicle operation and schedule pick-up/drop-off times.
