Job summary

McCarthy Auto Group in Lee's Summit, MO, is seeking a Full-Time Service Porter. This entry-level position offers growth within our dealer group and hands-on experience in a fast-paced service department.

Responsibilities include providing shuttle service, checking in loaners, maintaining the facility's appearance, and expediting vehicle delivery to customers and technicians. A positive attitude, reliability, and, if possible, manual transmission driving, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Clear and Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude.
• Reliable.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing shuttle service to customers as needed
• Help with checking in loaner vehicles that have returned, ensuring they are filled with gas and clean for the next customer
• Maintain inside and outside appearance of the building, taking out trash, keeping shop floors swept and clean
• Expediting vehicle delivery to customers and technicians
• Time management and the ability to multitask
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
