Job summary

Lewis Ford of Dodge City is seeking a Service Porter / Lube Technician for a full-time position in Dodge City, KS. No auto experience is required—we will train the right person. Responsibilities include driving vehicles, delivering parts, changing oil, and maintaining a clean shop environment.

Compensation is $16–$17 per hour with a weekday schedule and room to grow. We offer leave and training opportunities and are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• No auto experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles.
• Drive customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver parts and shop supplies.
• Change engine oil and oil filters.
• Check and fill vehicle fluids.
• Lubricate moving parts.
• Perform basic vehicle checks.
• Let the service team know about needed work.
• Complete repair orders with care.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles.
• Keep the shop clean and organized.
• Keep customer vehicles clean.
• Learn new skills through job training.
• Help the service team with other shop tasks.
