Job summary

Keyes Lexus of Valencia is seeking a Service Porter to greet customers, move and park vehicles, and help maintain the service drive area. You will support Advisors and Technicians and help ensure smooth vehicle flow throughout the day.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. A valid driver’s license, ability to drive an automatic, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered in California.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to drive and park an automatic transmission vehicle.
• Comfortable greeting customers and directing them to the right team member.
• Able to coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and others throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the service department and provide a friendly first impression.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Help with vehicle flow throughout the service drive and parking areas.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and vehicle areas.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with transportation and daily tasks.
