Guard Attendant Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all required documentation is placed in vehicles, including but not limited to window stickers, manuals, promotional materials.
2. Creates key tags for vehicles.
3. Opens repair orders utilizing the Express Write Up, including taking photos of the vehicle.
4. Delivers keys and other materials to the Service Advisor.
5. Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Performs general cleanup of the service drive and guard shack.
7. Keeps vehicle lot(s) neat and organized.
8. Maintains cleanliness of service area and exterior display areas.
9. Shuttles customers as needed.
10. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
11. Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
12. Understands and follows work rules and procedures.
13. Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherence to timekeeping standards including recording time of arrival, departure and all breaks.
14. Follows lawful directions from supervisors.
15. Upholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
16. Attends company meetings as required.
17. Works evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
18. Maintains a professional appearance and work area in accordance with company policy.
19. Other duties as assigned.

Guard Attendant Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
