Job summary

Luther Bloomington Hyundai is seeking a Service Greeter to welcome customers at the service drive, assist with registration, and support the service team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the service drive and lounge, coordinating rides, and providing hospitality with local area knowledge. Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and strong verbal communication; background screening will apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be outgoing and personable.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records and verification of social security number.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service customers on the drive and perform registration.
• Maintain service drive and lounge area.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, with adequate knowledge of surrounding areas.
• Move vehicles on and off the service drive in an expedient manner.
• Pick-up and delivery of customers and customer vehicles as needed.
• Special projects as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Providing other services as needed.
