Landmark Chrysler-Jeep-Fiat, Inc. in Springfield, IL is seeking a dependable Automotive Service Porter to assist our service team with vehicle movement, customer transportation, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

You will greet customers, shuttle them to and from the service department, move vehicles to bays and lots, retrieve cars for service, and perform light cleaning. You’ll also help keep the service area safe and orderly by following dealership protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
