As a Service Porter, you will welcome customers, move and park vehicles, keep the service drive organized, and assist with basic tasks to support our technicians and service advisors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member.
• Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers.
• Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion.
• Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting.
• Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety.
• Assisting with moving inoperable vehicles as directed.
• Reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management.
• Supporting cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service department.
• Assisting with washing company or customer vehicles as needed.
• Helping with other service-related tasks to support team operations.

Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for a dependable Service Porter to support our Service Department and provide a great first impression for our guests. What You’ll Do

As a Service Porter, you play an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day may include:

• Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member
• Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers
• Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion
• Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting
• Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety
