Job summary

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking Porters to manage vehicle traffic flow across Sales and Service areas, ensuring efficient operations and a high-quality customer experience. You will move cars, retrieve test drives, and keep the lot presentable, while supporting both teams with a strong work ethic.

Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour, based on experience. Crown Automotive Group emphasizes internal growth and a family-friendly culture with opportunities to advance within the dealership

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with at least three years of experience.
• Clean driving record with at least three years of operation.
• Verifiable references from previous employers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles on the lot to support sales and service operations.
• Retrieve cars for customer test drives and service appointments.
• Keep vehicles in the lot presentable, clean inside and out.
• Assist with other duties as needed to maintain smooth flow of traffic.

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for Porters to manage the flow of vehicle traffic in both areas of our dealership - Sales AND Service - Never a dull moment!

Whether you're working towards a career in Automotive Sales or Service OR if you are re-entering the workforce after a long, successful career, this is a great opportunity to work with our Sales Team and our Service Team to ensure that our customers have the very best experience at our dealership by providing excellent attention to detail and efficiently responding to the needs of our teams.

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr based upon experience

On the Sales side - Duties Include:

• Moving cars in the lot as needed, assisting with inventory if necessary
• Retrieving selected cars for customer test-drives
• Keeping the cars in the lot presentable - inside and out - for customer presentation
• Other duties as needed

On the Service side - Duties Include:

• Keeping service drive clear by moving in-coming customer vehicles for servicing
• Parking already serviced cars - retrieving them for customer pick-up
• Washing customers' cars and vacuuming after service is complete
• Other duties as needed
