Job summary

Mahalak Auto Group is seeking a dependable Service Porter to join our busy service team. This full-time role supports service advisors and technicians, helps keep the service drive running smoothly, and offers hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

You will greet customers, move and shuttle vehicles, assist with tagging keys, and help maintain a clean work area. A positive attitude and a valid driver's license are a must, with opportunities to grow within our dealership group.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to take direction and help where needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake.
• Move, park, and retrieve vehicles for service advisors and technicians.
• Help maintain a clean and organized service drive and shop area.
• Assist advisors with tagging keys and keeping track of vehicle flow.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed before delivery.
• Shuttle customers when needed.
• Be available to support the service team with day‑to‑day tasks as needed.
