This role also includes shuttle driving responsibilities to provide excellent customer service and support to the service team. The position requires attention to detail, a valid drivers license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Porter or similar role.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a shuttle vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely between service bays, customer parking, and other designated areas.
• Clean and prepare vehicles for service and customer delivery, including washing and vacuuming.
• Operate shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership as needed.
• Assist service technicians by retrieving parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized service lot and work area.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to service management.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and secured properly.
