Allbritten – The Barefoot Plumber in Fresno, CA is hiring an Experienced Plumber with uncapped incentive pay. The role offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $54.00 with performance-based incentives in a fast-paced residential service environment.

You’ll troubleshoot and repair home plumbing, communicate clearly with customers, and drive revenue through quality workmanship while growing with a stable, expanding company that values your skills and advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems (fixtures, water heaters, piping, etc.)
• Identify root causes and provide long-term solutions—not just quick fixes
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential plumbing/service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with water heaters (tank & tankless)
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Experience in service-based plumbing sales
• Drain cleaning or sewer experience
• $20 - 54.00 per hour + performance-based incentives
