Job summary

Maeser Master Services is seeking a skilled plumbing technician to join our Louisville team. You will perform service plumbing, installation, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call weekend days, and pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour during training, plus PTO, holidays, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid Kentucky Journeyman License.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and related fixtures.
• Install plumbing fixtures and appliances including sinks, toilets, faucets, bathtubs, water heaters, dishwashers, etc.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with safety codes and perform necessary repairs.
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipe using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent future issues in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Discuss project scope, timelines, and pricing with homeowners.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed.
• Collaborate with clients and inspectors to ensure high-quality service.
