Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience.
• Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call.
• Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions.
• Present 6 relevant solutions for every customer.
• Offer affordable monthly payment options for all services.
• Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends.
• Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms.
• Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job.
• Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
