The candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, familiarity with codes, and the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver's license and flexibility for emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
• Experience with water, gas, and sewage systems.
• Knowledge of local/state plumbing codes and regulations.
• Use of pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system failures.
• Determine repairs versus replacements for customers.
• Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems and components.
• Test for leaks using air or water to ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies in the vehicle.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols and local codes.
• Supervise apprentices and coordinate with other trades on larger projects.
