Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential service experience.
• Ability to complete work orders accurately and timely.
• Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, shower valves, etc.
• Clear clogged lines.
• Repair or replace water heaters.
• Repair or rebuild non-functional or leaking drains.
• Repiping of residential potable water systems.
• Slab leak repairs.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
• Strategic on-call schedule readiness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures and components.
• Clear clogs and perform drain repairs as needed.
• Repair or upgrade water heaters and related systems.
• Repipe residential potable water lines when required.
• Identify slab leaks and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate, legible work orders and documentation.
