Job summary

Coastal Services LLC is seeking a Service Plumber to install and maintain pipes, fixtures, drainage and ventilation systems in buildings ranging from commercial structures to residential homes.

The role requires experience with new construction and the ability to work independently at job sites, handling a variety of tasks from installation to troubleshooting and customer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to residential plumbing (e.g. fixtures, garbage disposal units).
• Install and connect domestic or industrial water lines for faucets, baths, showers and toilets.
• Troubleshoot faulty and broken plumbing systems by using diagnostic tools.
• Move fixtures and appliances to access pipes and make repairs.
• Replace washers and faucet heads or perform other tasks related to leak repair.
• Repair burst pipes, leaking sewer systems and faulty heaters that are causing water damage.
• Investigate drainage issues to determine the source of problems such as clogged drains or malfunctioning toilets.
• Advise customers on proper maintenance of their plumbing systems at home.
