Job summary

1-Tom-Plumber – Columbia, MO is hiring a Service Plumber. This full-time, veteran-owned franchise offers direct mentorship from the owner and pays for the work you do, including on-call shifts, with a real path to leadership as the brand grows.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and repiping with upfront pricing and five-star service.

Qualifications

• Residential and/or commercial service plumbing experience.
• Solid grasp of plumbing tools and diagnostic best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable talking pricing and options with homeowners.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to rotate on-call for emergency calls
