1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up serving commercial and residential properties across NE Georgia. We value top-notch customer service and quick response to emergencies, and we operate in Alpharetta, Lawrenceville and surrounding communities.

We are seeking a service plumber of all experience levels. Compensation will vary based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Schedule flexibility to work one night a week and one weekend a month.
• At least three years of residential plumbing experience is required.
• Experience using Service Titan is preferred but not required.
• Excavation experience is preferred but not required.
• Living within 35 minutes of Lawrenceville is preferred but not required.
• Can consistently complete minimum of $35,000 in revenue in completed jobs.
• Must be able to park company supplies vehicle at your residence.

Responsibilities

• Leverage state-of-the-art equipment to provide first class service to our customers.
• Identify other opportunities for servicing and discuss with customer.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Perform excellent quality work and customer service
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer''s plumbing emergencies
• Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!
