Job summary

PepsiCo in Syracuse, NY seeks a hardworking loader to load and unload pallets, select cases by order, and safely operate a forklift after training. You’ll work Sundays through Thursdays, including holidays and off shifts, in a fast-paced food production environment.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working at heights. Pay is $25.06 per hour with benefits and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift work required.
• Lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.
• Repeat lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and handling products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
