Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Service Manager I to oversee the Nashville, TN area service operations and drive customer satisfaction within the MSS division.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with sales and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in service management, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Operations: oversee daily service department operations to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Customer Relations: build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: handle escalated service issues and resolve promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: track service performance metrics and prepare basic trend reports.
• Collaboration: coordinate with sales and technical support for a seamless customer experience.
