Job summary
Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead and optimize service delivery across multiple teams. You will drive operational performance, partner with underwriting, product, claims, QA, training, technology, and other units to improve customer experiences and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience and 5+ years in service operations or related field.
- Experience with measuring and improving customer service metrics and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day service operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions.
- Manage workforce capacity and staffing plans to meet service levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Training teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
