Advanced Auto Tech is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily service operations, supervise advisors and technicians, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes workflow management, performance tracking, and a strong culture of accountability and excellence.

With a climate-controlled, 8,000 sq. ft. facility and a commitment to safety and quality, you will drive sales goals and collaborate closely with ownership to raise service standards across all vehicle types.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service advising or management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations, from customer check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order accuracy.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Track KPIs, drive sales goals, and report to ownership.
• Maintain a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism.
