Job summary

ATSNUC, Inc. in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to serve as the hub of our nuclear gauge service and calibration operations.

You will coordinate equipment movement, maintain documentation, communicate with customers, and support quality processes to ensure on-time servicing and return of equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, or related fields, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment through service and calibration processes from arrival to completion.
• Log incoming equipment and maintain accurate status in tracking systems.
• Monitor workflow and follow up for approvals, testing, or parts as needed.
• Coordinate between service, calibration, shipping, and outside testing providers.
• Review records and paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment traceability and support quality/documentation requirements.
