Carter Myers Automotive is opening a brand-new Honda dealership in Maryland in January 2027 and seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the launch and build a high-performing team. You’ll drive service operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, ESOP-owned environment.

Relocation assistance is available, and the compensation range of $150,000–$200,000+ reflects leadership experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record of driving performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance
