Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is expanding and seeking a Service Manager to lead a dynamic team at our Belmont branch. You will oversee preexisting equipment, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of management experience in residential construction, related sales, or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent technical, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians and advisors to achieve team objectives and sales goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards, products, and company services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the service department.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, maintain relationships, and upsell for repeat business.
• Monitor issues and complaints to reduce recurring problems.
• Audit work and ensure quality of repairs and service.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the service department.
• Oversee inspections, report preparation, and repairs, stepping in if needed.
• Report to work on time and reliably each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
