Bethphage is seeking a Service Manager to oversee three supported living services in Oswestry, Shrewsbury, and St Martins. You will lead teams, ensure person-centred care, promote independence, and engage with families and professionals to coordinate services.

Ideal candidates will have health and social care leadership experience, PBS understanding, and ability to develop teams; Level 5 management qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Social Care settings.
• Experience supervising teams in care.
