Qualifications

• Extensive experience in repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning and scheduling and supervisory capabilities.
• Solid understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Experience in inventory management and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment.
• Prepare work schedules and service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provide training to staff mechanics.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors on maintenance requirements.
• Evaluate equipment after repairs and safety checks.
• Document equipment status before and after rental.
• Handle customer complaints regarding equipment condition.
• Promote safety awareness and perform quality checks.
• Create, update, close and bill work orders.
• File warranty claims promptly.
• Manage parts inventory and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Produce reports on fleet status, service records, and financials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
