Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the physical upkeep of the community, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate repairs with the Property Manager. The role manages safety programs and ensures proper documentation of maintenance activities.
The candidate will train staff, maintain equipment, schedule contractors, and ensure compliance with OSHA and site guidelines while striving for high resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the physical upkeep of the community and is under the direction of the Property Manager. He or she must maintain and operate all mechanical equipment and supervise all maintenance employees. The Service Manager will be responsible for maintaining property.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
