Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for every guest. If you have a passion for people and delivering an outstanding guest experience, this is your role.

• Experience in hospitality management or guest services preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop Front of House staff.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training and coaching.
• Evaluate and coach Front of House employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; ensure responsible service.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule staff and direct daily work during open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $68,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. If you have a passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience,

As a Service Manager your responsibilities would include:

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
