Job summary

Link-Property-Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain apartment homes and community amenities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and exceptional resident service.

You will complete resident service requests, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, and assist with apartment turns and renovations. This role focuses on safety, quality workmanship, and reliable service across the community.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, construction or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience is a plus.
• Customer service mindset.
