Job summary

Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Service Manager in North Augusta, SC to lead the maintenance team, ensure apartments are move-in ready and oversee renovations. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, lease renewals, and achieving property goals with the Community Manager.

• EPA Universal Certification is required.

What You Bring:
