Qualifications

• An associate’s degree is required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.

• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to lead and motivate others with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics; strong math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed safely and on time.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handle customer concerns.
• Inspect performance of Pest Technicians and provide coaching.
• Maintain inventory of pest control products and facilitate training.

The Service Manager at each local branch is responsible for ensuring this team is functioning effectively, operating efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
