Alsco Uniforms in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Manager to lead branch service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver strong financial results.
You will coach District Managers and Route Sales Representatives, oversee route audits and issue resolution, and collaborate with Sales, Production, and Office teams to hit growth goals while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Travel to customer sites as needed.
Classification: Exempt
The Service Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of service operations at the branch level, including customer retention, account growth, operational compliance, and team performance. This role ensures excellence in route delivery service, customer satisfaction, and financial results. The Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
