Job summary

Advenir Azora Living in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team, ensure move-in readiness, and drive resident satisfaction. You will oversee renovations and maintenance, while collaborating with the Community Manager to meet property goals.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in property management, strong organizational skills, and professionalism. EPA Universal Certification is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

What You Bring:

You'll bring 3-5 years of property management experience (preferably as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager), technical skills, organization, and professionalism. EPA Universal Certification is required.
