Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Fort Wright, KY is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and the guest entry experience, guiding shift teams to deliver efficient, high-energy service and create memorable moments for guests.

You will coach team members, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with leaders to support training, scheduling, and continuous improvement across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant or bar management.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Passion for training and developing team members.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
