Job summary

Romex is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead operations at our OKC branch. You will drive branch performance, oversee a team of 10–15 service professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, implement policies, monitor customer satisfaction, and partner with branch leadership to meet financial goals. This role rewards initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in service-based industries (pest control or lawn care preferred).
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Required pest control licensing (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually (based on experience)

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
