As a Service Manager you will oversee the daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for leading and training service staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams. The Service Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, addresses guest concerns, and supports operational goals such as efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, Charleston, SC or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
