We are hiring a Service Manager based in Chesapeake, Virgina who takes pride in building and maintaining a safe, high-performing team. You’ll lead experienced techs, train new ones, and foster a culture built on trust, hard work, and pride in doing things the right way—with safety always at the forefront. The Service Manager oversees service performance, repeat business, and team coordination, all backed by a crew that takes pride in their work.
