Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations at our Buffalo location. You will manage Front of House employees and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop staff and conduct evaluations.
• Strong guest service focus and sales driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness.
• Provide Front of House training and coaching to staff.
• Evaluate performance and conduct coaching/discipline for FoH employees.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs, while enforcing liquor laws.
• Develop key FoH employees and conduct daily feedback sessions.
• Assist with hiring Front of House staff by reviewing applications and interviews.
• Schedule staff, assign tasks, and manage hours before, during, and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentives for staff.
• Lead safe food handling practices and training across FOH.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. If you have a passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience.
As a Service Manager Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
