Service Management Trainee will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals.
All candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program.
Management Trainee base salary is $70,304 - depending on experience. The starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.
