Centerspace is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Minnesota to join our Service team, helping prepare apartment homes for residents and handling routine repairs. You will contribute to the upkeep of buildings and grounds while delivering excellent customer service.
Position includes on-call rotation, on-site work, and opportunities to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks, with a rotating schedule and valid driver's license required.
The base salary for this position is expected to start at $25.00- $27.00/hour, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

In our Maintenance Specialistrole, you will work with the Service team to help prepare new apartment homes for our residents. You will be assisting in routine repairs of building systems and completing service requests. You play a supporting role in the upkeep of the property’s buildings and grounds, while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
